I was in discomfort and desperate to make 2022 about my health and tbh, I went to meet Nick and he was incredible! His listening skills are sharp. He takes the time to do a scan of how you feel before you get started. He is in tune with every movement and is constantly checking in for any discomfort I might be feeling.
