Yes, we accept PPO plans from most major insurance companies as well as Medicare and Tricare. We utilize your OON benefits in order to decrease your cost of care whenever possible. For those patients without OON benefits that still want to receive one-on-one skilled physical therapy, we provide single visit rates and special package rates.

All our patients will only be seen by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

An evaluation session can range between 60-75 minutes depending on complexity. Once your Dr. completes the evaluation, each session after that can range between 45-60 minutes.

Here at Vengeance we offer one on one Direct care with a Dr. of Physical Therapy with treatments directed to the individual.
